Plated Vessels

The Plated Vessels are a series of three pots covered in a protective armour of hand-sculpted protrusions. Referencing the spirals and symmetry found in certain botanical forms, the Plated Vessels are a study in rhythm and repetition.
These pieces were exhibited in ‘Designwork 03’ at Sophie Gannon Gallery as a part of NGV Melbourne Design Week from March 5-23, 2019. They are now in a private collection.
